Digital Forensic Training for Law Enforcement & Forensic Professionals

Our digital forensic training curriculum has been developed by some of the industries leading examiners.  We offer digital forensic training for Law Enforcement, as well as general analysis and acquisition for examiners of all skill levels.

Digital Forensic Training for Law Enforcement

Below you will find a selection of classes reserved for Sworn Law Enforcement Only (LEO.)

We often get asked why some of our classes are restricted to Law Enforcement only. The reason we offer specialized training that is restricted to Law Enforcement Agencies is largely due to the sensitive nature of our industry. We want to do our part to protect the data recovery and analysis techniques used in our training. All potential students are subject to vetting prior to enrollment. While there are exceptions to this policy, we reserve the right to refuse registration to any person that does not meet our established criteria.

In order to qualify for registration students must be employed by one of the following agencies:

  • Police / RCMP,
  • Military,
  • Government Agent,
  • Border Security,
  • and in some instances retired Law enforcement officers.

If you have been contracted by one of the above-listed agencies to perform digital forensic examinations on their behalf and are interested in our LEO training, please contact our office to further discuss eligibility.

Law Enforcement Teaching Law Enforcement

Our instructors are made up of both active and retired Law Enforcement Officers who understand the legal, investigative, and technical needs required when performing an examination. In many instances, your instructor will be one of the course creators, allowing you to dive deep into the subject matter and receive hands-on expertise

Advanced Acquisition Vehicle Forensics

This NEW course will provide students with an elevated understanding of advanced acquisition and decoding techniques of data recovered from vehicle infotainment and navigation systems using advanced data recovery techniques.

Chip-Off Forensic Training

Our Chip-Off 2.0 Forensics provides students with a comprehensive education in performing forensics on BGA memory chips used in today’s mobile devices.

ISP Forensic Training

ISP “In-System Programming” applied to forensics, is the practice of connecting to an eMMC or eMCP flash memory chip for the purpose of downloading a device’s memory contents.

SQLite Forensic Training

SQLite Forensics is the future of digital forensics! In this class students will the skills required to perform low-level analysis and recovery on SQLite databases.

ISP Chip-off Combo Class

8-Day ISP/Chip-Off     Combined Training

In our 8-day combined ISP/Chip-Off training students learn the skills required to successfully perform memory acquisitions using In-System Programming and Advanced BGA Chip-off techniques.

8-Day JTAG/Chip-Off  Combined Training

In our 8-day combined JTAG/Chip-Off  (with certification) training students learn the skills required to successfully perform memory acquisitions using the JTAG and using Advanced BGA Chip-off techniques.

Essential Smartphone Forensics

Our NEW 5-day Essential Smartphone Forensics training is designed for those who have had some introduction to mobile forensics and would like to delve deeper.

JTAG Forensic Training

Earn your Teel Tech JTAG Forensic Certification with our 5-Day JTAG forensics course. In this course, students will gain the necessary soldering skills and practice advanced JTAG access options.

Advanced Flasher Box Bootloader Training

In our Advanced Flasher Box Bootloader class, students will learn about utilities used to unlock and acquire mobile device memory in both high-end and low-end devices.

PC-3000 Flash, Monolith, & SSD Data Recovery Training

Students attending this 4-day training will receive in-depth education involving both Flash and MONOLITH Data recovery techniques.

PC-3000 HDD Data Recovery Training

Students attending this 4-day training will receive in-depth education involving HDD Data Recovery using PC-3000 Express and UDMA, and much more.

Best Practices In Macintosh Forensics

MFSC-101 is the most up-to-date course on Mac Forensics, focusing on providing the student with in-depth knowledge and hands-on skills, allowing them to conduct an examination using any forensic tool on any platform.

Advanced Practices in Macintosh Forensics

MFSC-201 takes the students into in-depth analysis techniques, which provides the students the ability to apply what they have learned in real-world cases. The knowledge you gain from SUMURI’s training can be applied to any forensic tool on any platform.

Password Recovery & Data Decryption

The Advanced Windows® 10 Forensic analysis class is an expert-level four-day training course, designed for examiners who are familiar with the principles of digital forensics and keen to expand their knowledge on advanced forensics.

Private Classes & Custom Training

 

Teel Technologies Canada is happy to offer our training at your location or a location near you. If none of our pre-scheduled classes are the right fit, you can book a private class at any of our existing training locations, or request our mobile classroom come directly to you.

We require a minimum of 6 paid students to run a private class at your location and will include an additional FREE seat in the class once 6 paid students have been secured. If you are unable to secure 6 students, we are happy to help you market the class to secure more registrations should your training facility allow it.
